1. Do you deliver across Pakistan?
Yes, we aim to deliver everywhere across Pakistan

2. Do you deliver internationally?
Unfortunately, we do not at this point, but are hoping to in the future, Inshallah

3. Do you have a physical store?
We do not. We're a small home-based business. However, we do stock our candles at different stores that you can visit. 

4. Do you offer same-day delivery?
At the moment, we only offer same day delivery in Lahore, subject to availability of course.

5. What is your standard delivery time?
Delivery takes up to 10 days. We try to accommodate and expedite orders where required. Please write to us on Instagram if that is the case for you.

6. What is your return/exchange policy?
If you receive our product in a damaged form/the wrong product, we will request you to send it back to us so we can replace it for you.

7. Do you offer customization?
Yes! We provide customization options for our products. Please contact us via Instagram or email for more information and we will be glad to assist you.

8. What type of candles do you have?
Our soy wax scented candles are a toxin-free alternative to paraffin candles. They burn longer and cleaner than other wax forms.
